Room Hire Information

£100 to pay for room hire. We have offers on this throughout the year, ask our staff for our current offers.

 

You will get a percentage of your (depending on promotion / agreed package) deposit returned if the following conditions are met

• There is no damage when you leave
• There is no underage drinking on our premises
• There is no outside drink consumed on our premises
• There is no disrespectful behaviour towards our staff or other function members
• No sellotape or confetti 

With teddy’s room hire you have the room for 5 hours. This is a day hire or evening hire. 

Timings allow for an hour to decorate before your event.

Food can be provided, and can be selected from the list below. It is not essential. Cakes, buns, crisps, nuts and table favours are allowed to be brought in, but no outside caterers.

18ths & 19ths are charged at £200.

For 18ths & 19th no one under 18 is allow in the party room, No ID No entry.

• Starting from £22 for 2 courses | £26 for 3 courses
• Choose your own menu – 3 starters, 3 mains, 3 desserts
• Order from your chosen menu on the night, no pre order necessary 

** The bigger your group, the less menu options we will be able to offer
